The room I stayed in was newly renovated and had excellent water pressure, and the location was perfect for exploring a famous street on foot.

stylish hotel with reliable and top location just next door to gran via metro and most attractions and the tourist attractions and shops, restaurants and close to public transport links. modern, tidy room with a private bathroom and hair dryers, a shower cap, and towels. a view of inner courtyard from my window. patient, fabulously helpful personnel in a moral manner.

the brand-new double room was exceptionally comfortable. the beds were very comfortable. 3. the room provided a decent view. 4. the shower facilities were excellent. 5. They had a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. 6. the hotel is located within walking distance of a Roman Catholic cathedral.

Location is excellent, within walking distance to most of Madrid's main tourist sites.

Room is very small if you have children staying in it with you.

We could get in at any time. Door always open. Reception dude always there.

The a/c noise! The big a/c machines were right out of our window and it was very unpleasant in the night. If they can't moved them, put some better glass on the windows as to better block the outer noise.

The hotel is centrally located, only a 4-6 minute walk from Gran Via Street. the staff was fantastic and offered great recommendations for places to visit. - the location is marvelous and stunning, being so close to Gran Via and central Madrid.

The location was perfect for sight seeing and shopping. The place was basic but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff speak english and are friendly and helpful.

Carpet is old, needs to be replaced.

You cannot pay for the hotel using the credit card (even though their site and Booked.net site says you can) as their card terminal is permanently broken. They expect all guests to pay for their stay in cash, which was frustrating. It probably helps them with earning extra money from hotel guests.

The nearby public parking was convenient, we received fantastic service, and we were given a beautifully decorated, brand-new room with an excellent bed.
